If you want a Korean serum sold in the US that Koreans also buy, start with Anua's Niacinamide 10 TXA 4 Serum: #13 in Olive Young Korea's skincare sales on 1 Oct 2026. COSRX was unranked there on 1 Oct 2026; medicube's jelly cream had no Olive Young listing (5 Oct 2026).

How we chose and ordered these products
Pool: Korean products on Amazon US's top-seller pages for Beauty, Facial Serums, Facial Skin Care and Facial Masks (cached copies read 5 Oct 2026; Amazon's capture time is not shown), plus three products named in a YouTube haul video of 8 Sep 2026. Each was then checked against Olive Young Korea's sales rankings of 1 Oct and 6 Sep 2026.
Left out: retinal serums (claim-wording risk), a second COSRX and a second Anua product, brands we could not confirm on sale in Korea, devices and medicines. medicube appears twice on purpose: its PDRN serum and its jelly cream land on opposite sides of the Korea check.
Order: sold in the US first (sold-out pages don't count), then by Olive Young Korea sales rank in each product's own tab (skincare, mask packs or sun care; 1 Oct 2026), unranked products after. Ranks from different tabs only line the list up; they aren't one scale. Beauty of Joseon's sunscreen is last here because we don't link a US store for it.
